Employer Sponsored Migration
An application may be made under this category if you have an Australian employer wishing to utilise your
service, as you possess high skills not readily available from within the Australian workforce.
The employer will normally be required to advertise the position throughout Australia, and must also satisfy the Department of Immigration that the employer meets key criteria to be approved as a sponsor. You must be offered a full-time position with the company, and will usually need to be less than 45 years of
age.
